How do I retrieve my Saved Cart?
To retrieve your Saved Cart, click on the "My Saved Cart" link on the lower left hand column of the Direct2UBlinds.com site just below the "Your Cart" graphic and you will be taken back to your Cart so you can finish your purchasing. If you have created a Direct2UBlinds.com account, clicking the "Your Cart" graphic will automatically load your saved cart.

NOTE: After retrieving your cart, you MUST save cart or finalize your order before exiting the Direct2UBlinds.com site or it will be lost.
Will you sell or trade my email address and personal information with others?
Absolutely not! We will use your email address and other personal information only to process your orders and requests. Your email address is your login for the Direct2UBlinds.com website, for saving the shopping cart and communicating with you electronically.
How long will my personal shopping cart stay active?
Your saved shopping cart will remain on our servers for 30 days from the time you last saved your cart.
What is the purpose in having me sign in to purchase from Direct2UBlinds.com?
Signing into the Direct2UBlinds.com website enables us to distinguish you from everyone else using our site. How do I change or cancel and order?
All of our blind products are made to order to your specifications and production normally begins the day after an order is placed. We will be happy to change or cancel your order as long as we are contacted within one (1) business day (Monday-Friday) from the date the order was submitted to us. Our system automatically sends the order at approximately 9:00 am each day. Since the factory starts production on your order soon after they receive the order, we are sorry, but we are unable to change or cancel the order after the one business day.
I have heard about 'cookies', what are they for and do you use them?
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing certain information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once you close your browser, the temporary cookie simply terminates. We use cookies to hold your login information and your temporary shopping cart during each of your visits. This allows us to validate you as you visit each and every page on the Direct2UBlinds.com site and retain your shopping cart until you save it or finalize your purchase.
